2. This is a business-to-business website
The site is intended for food, beverage, supplement, bakery and pet food professionals. We do not sell to consumers through this website, and nothing on it is an offer to supply to consumers.
3. Product information is indicative
Descriptions, applications, specifications and images on this website are given to help you assess whether an ingredient is suitable. They are indicative and may be updated without notice. The binding specification for any ingredient is the technical data sheet and specification supplied with your quotation or delivery.
You remain responsible for confirming that an ingredient is legally permitted, correctly declared and suitable for your finished product in your market, including any claim you make about it.
4. Samples
You can request up to three ingredient samples in one request. Samples are supplied free of charge for evaluation and development purposes, in quantities we determine, and are not for resale or for use in finished products offered to the public. We may decline or limit a sample request.
5. Using the site and its content
All text, images, layout, the EVRI name and the EVRI logo belong to EVRI Ingredients or its licensors. You may view, download and print pages for your own business use in assessing our ingredients. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy the content, or use our brand or images in your own marketing, without our written permission.
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
6. Supply of ingredients
Nothing on this website is a binding offer. A supply comes about only through a written quotation and order confirmation, and is governed by EVRI Ingredients' general conditions of sale, available on request, which prevail over these website terms in the event of any conflict.
7. Availability and links
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that it is free of errors. Where we link to another website we do so for convenience only; we have no control over its content and accept no responsibility for it.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on the information on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

10. Applicable law
